Open Positions:

Technician (part time)
The technician is responsible for performing air duct cleaning (Following NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Assoc)
standards and carpet cleaning in homes and businesses.

The successful candidate will:
- be customer focused, with an attention to detail, with solid customer service skills.
- have good communication skills
- have good driving record with valid MD drivers license
- HVAC experience or carpet cleaning experience
- able to obtain a medical certificate to wear a respirator as part of the job.
- be able to lift and move equipment (=< 50 lb) as part of the routine job.
- be able to lift and move light to moderate furniture as part of the routine job.
- Must be able to climb stepladders and crawl into crawl spaces without assistance.
- have a problem-free background record check.
- Saturday or evening/night work may be required on occasion
- Some travel may be required.
- be Drug free

Technician's Helper (part time):
Helps the technician to clean air ducts, dryer vents, and carpets.

The successful candidate will:
- be customer focused, with an attention to detail.
- have good communication skills
- able to obtain a medical certificate to wear a respirator as part of the job.
- be able to lift and move equipment (=< 50 lb) as part of the routine job.
- be able to lift and move light to moderate furniture as part of the routine job.
- Must be able to climb stepladders and crawl into crawl spaces without assistance.
- have a problem-free background record check.

- Some travel may be required.
- be Drug free
- HVAC experience or carpet cleaning experience is not necessary
